Wilma Van Oordt

Wilma June VanOordt, age 80 was born in Cookeville, Tennessee on June 14, 1939 and passed away on May 18, 2020 at Beaumont Hospital in Groose Pointe. Beloved mother to Michael (Fe), Kenneth (Deborah), Randall (Julie), Bradley and was pre deceased by Cheryl and Steven. Dearest sister to Joyce and Edna. She was pre deceased by husbands Martin and Richard. Treasured grandmother to 20 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Wilma loved being in the sun and liked to swim. She will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, warmth, genuineness, and most importantly, her unwavering love for her family. Wilma will be missed by all her family and friends who knew and loved her.

Her beautiful smile will be missed but we will always carry her memory in our hearts.

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
