Tom Stewart

Tom Stewart age 67, was born on November 23, 1951 in Detroit and passed away peacefully on July 1, 2018 at Hurley Medical Center in Flint.  Beloved husband of Mary for 18 years and step-father to Sara (Brian) Howard, Aaron Hildebrant, and Adam (Kim) Hildebrant. He will also be missed by his grandchildren Michael and Alaina. Also survived by his siblings Jim, Bob, John, Michael, Patty and David.

Tom was a member of the Great Lakes Yacht Club and belonged to the Peace River Picklers Club where he enjoyed playing Pickle Ball. Tom and Mary loved cruising the North Channel where they met many sail boaters and made new friends. In his spare time he liked to cook and watch old movies. He will be missed by all his family and friends who knew and loved him in Michigan and Punta Gorda, Florida.

Tom's Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, August 16th from 5pm to 8pm at Great Lakes Yacht Club, 23900 Jefferson Ave, Saint Clair Shores, MI 48080. Snacks and  light beverages provided. BYOB if you prefer. Please bring your favorite "Tom" stories to share. Tom enjoyed a good party.
