Joyce Pagels
September 13, 1931 — July 22, 2017
Joyce E. Pagels (nee Holmes), age 85 passed at St John Macomb-Oakland Hospital Warren Campus on July 22, 2017. Beloved mother of Glenn (Patricia), Kenneth and Laura Fisher. Also survived by nieces and nephews Mark, Nancy, and Karen. She will be missed by her 9 grandchildren and was pre-deceased by her husband Harold Jr, sister-in-law Marianne Kornack, her parents Max and Margaret.
Joyce was very active at St. Peters Lutheran Church. She loved playing cards, bowling, golfing, shopping and enjoyed a good glass of wine. On the Holidays, the family would come over to enjoy all the meals she cooked. She will be missed by all her family and friends who knew and loved her.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 29, 2017 with visitation at 9:30 followed by a celebration of life service 10 am at St. Peters Lutheran Church, 23000 Gratiot Ave, Eastpointe. A caring cremation was entrusted to the Walter Scott Skupny Funeral Home, 28605 Gratiot Ave, Roseville, MI 48066. Share something special on the family’s guest book.
