Joseph Furton

Joseph R Furton age 75 was born on February 7, 1945 in Mt Clemens and passed away on March 26, 2020 at his home. Beloved husband to Sandra for 52 years. Dearest father to Joe (Suzanne) and Tom (Justine). Treasured grandfather of Jack and Kelsey. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Dearest brother to Joan, Jane, Joyce, Jackie, Jean, Judy, Janet, Jeri, Jarol, Jeff, John, and predeceased by June, Jim, Jill and Jay Dean. Beloved son of the late Clayton and Athlone.

Joseph was a truck driver and was a member of Teamsters Union Local 299 for many years. In his spare time he enjoyed gardening. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, warmth, genuineness, and most importantly, his unwavering love for his family. Joseph will be missed by all his family and friends who knew and loved him.
