Joann Gronkiewicz

Joann Gronkiewicz, age 86 passed away on February 8, 2017 at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. She is survived by her children Kim (Jasper) Sciuto, Kevin (Roxanne) and her sister in law Irene Cory. She also will be missed by her grandchildren Candice and Jasper. She was pre deceased by her husband Stephen.

Joann liked to read, watched Soap Opera’s (Day’s of Our Lives) and was secretary to her home owners association. She belonged to the Thomasonian Club (St. Thomas High School News) and a member of the "Sultana's". She was a personal secretary at Gimmers and Masterguide Tool Eng. and worked for Oakland General Hospital as  patient account rep. Joann never missed a Red Wing game and even had her Red Wing’s blanket with her in the hospital. She will be missed by all her family and friends who knew and loved her.

A memorial service will be held at St Pio Church, 18720 Thirteen Mile Rd, Roseville (formally St Athanasius) on Saturday, March 11, 2017 (next Month) at 10 am followed by Mass at 10.30.
