James Pacifico

James Kent Pacifico Sr. was born in Detroit, Michigan on February 22, 1952 and passed away unexpectedly on July 8, 2018. He is survived by his loving wife, Alisia (Castleberry), and children, Dominic (Sarah), Timothy (Melissa), Phillip, Elizabeth, Sarah (Raymond), Michael (Jennifer), Amanda (Mike), James Jr., many loving grandchildren and step children Jennifer, Candice, and Megan. He also leaves behind his father, Frank and siblings Marlis, David (Svetlana), and Mona (Mark). James (U.S. Army veteran) was as a gentle, loving man, a talented musician, and hard worker. He was a former member of The Michigan Concert Choir and played cello professionally. He performed in Lamb of God (Kalamazoo) for the past four years.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Maureen, of 34 years and his beloved mother Aleen. He now joins an orchestra of angels in Heaven. May he rest peacefully.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 5-9 at Walter Scott Skupny Funeral Home 28605 Gratiot Ave, Roseville 48066.

A Celebration of Life to be held at 5pm on July 20, 2018, at Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints Church, 16965 12 Mile Road, Roseville 48066. Refreshments will be provided after the Celebration. Burial will take place with military honors at a later date at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.

We’re praying for a speedy recovery for Alisia, Jim’s wife, so she may attend the burial.
