Irene Rosemary Tomala, of Sterling Heights passed away on Tuesday, November 27. She was pre-deceased by husband Norman and her son Gerard (Gary). Irene is survived by children Ronald (Sally) of Eastpointe, Michael of Roseville, Alice Gallo of Roseville,11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She enjoyed being with her family, playing cards, working the slot's at the Casino and was a Bingo caller at Sacred Heart Church.
Irene was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary, Corp. Neil W. Reid Post 2358 Roseville, Sacred Heart Alter Society and The Praying Hands of Roseville. Visitation will be Friday from 3 to 9 pm at the Walter Scott Skupny Funeral Home 28605 Gratiot 2 Blocks south of 12 Mile Road, Roseville. The Alter Society rosary will be at 4pm folowed by the VFW service at 5pm on Friday. She will be in-state on Saturday morning at 9:30 followed by a 10 am Mass celebration at Sacred Heart Church, 18430 Utica Rd.. Burial will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
