Elaine Mary Ruggero

Elaine Mary Ruggero, born on February 2, 1955, in Hamtramck, Michigan, passed away on September 26, 2024 in Eastpointe, Michigan. Elaine was known for her creativity and nurturing spirit.

Throughout her life, Elaine embraced a variety of hobbies that highlighted her artistic flair; she enjoyed sewing and crafting, activities that she often shared with her loved ones. These pursuits not only provided her with personal fulfillment but also allowed her to spend valuable time with family, particularly her cherished grandchildren. Her family was the centerpiece of her life, and she derived immense joy from their presence and milestones.

Elaine is survived by her devoted husband, Nick Ruggero, and her loving daughters, Nicole (Dave) VanZant and Anne (Keir) Krassa. She was a proud grandmother to six grandchildren: Deanna (Aaron), Jasmine, Jonathan, Elaina, Zofia, and Annabelle. She is also survived by her brother, Ronnie (Linda), and her sister, Barb (the late Fred). Elaine is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Sophie Brudzinski. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
