Angelica Proper

Angelica Noelle Proper, age 24, was born on December 11, 1996 and passed away on March 28, 2021. Beloved daughter to Chris and the late Robert Proper. Loving sister to Lukas Proper, Millie Proper, Nicholas Proper, Gabriel Proper, bro-uncle Joe Proper, and sister-in-law Stacey Javey. Cherished aunt to Bella and cousin to Shyanne Lacey. She was predeceased by her niece Kira Seymour.
